By using the Pennygrove website or app you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose. If you don't agree, please don't use the service — no hard feelings.
What Pennygrove is (and isn't)
Pennygrove is a self-service budgeting and financial-literacy companion powered by AI. It is not financial advice. We are not a regulated financial advisor and we are not authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland. We don't recommend specific stocks, funds, mortgages, insurance products, or pensions, and we don't move money on your behalf. For decisions that need regulated advice, please talk to a qualified human advisor.
Acceptable use
- You won't use the service to break any law or infringe anyone's rights
- You won't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying models
- You're responsible for the accuracy of anything you tell Penny — coaching is only as good as the picture you share
Intellectual property
What's yours stays yours. Pennygrove doesn't claim rights over the chats, goals, or notes you generate. The app, brand, and underlying software remain ours.
Liability
Pennygrove is provided as-is. Money decisions are ultimately yours. To the fullest extent allowed by Irish law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any investment outcome.
Subscriptions & cancellation
The free plan is free for as long as you keep your account. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time from inside the app — your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
Termination
Either of us can end the relationship at any time. We'll help you export your data on request. Consumer statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer-protection law are not affected by anything in these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland (Dublin).
